We have at our Guests’ disposal a swimming pool as well as a rich and varied zone of saunas, baths and grottos together with a relaxation area. The recreational swimming pool with hydro massages, geysers, inflatable couches, countercurrent, back massage jets as well as a hot tub and a wading pool for small children will allow everyone to relax regardless of their age and physical fitness.
In zone of saunas you will find blissful relaxation - delicate, relaxing and purifying sauna baths as well as intensive, strengthening séances in high temperatures.
Besides the traditional Finnish sauna, dry and very hot (100 oC), more delicate people and those with a proclivity to bursting of blood vessels can use the beneficial infrared sauna (dry, 50 oC). The saunas and baths complex inspired by the Roman thermaes will allow for muscles to relax, stimulate the blood flow and cleanse the organism and free it from toxins as well as nurse the skin and the hair: the caldarium (walls and seats are heated to 43-48 oC), the laconicum (dry warmth, 65 oC) and the steam bath (50-55 oC, humidity near 100%) perfect for purifying skin pores.
Sensory grottos offer extraordinary moments of calmness and gentleness together with music and light effects: the aromatherapeutic (temperature - 38-45 oC) and the inhalation (temperature - 38 oC) grotto which counteract colds and infections; it is especially recommended for the youngest children.
Proper cooling of the body after the sauna séances is ensured by the rock grotto with a waterfall (water temperature - 14 oC) and a special vascular shower which enables cooling of the body in the direction of the heart.
The road ends at the tepidarium, on the warm, mosaic couches heated to the temperature of 37-38 oC. The exceptional scenery of the relaxation area with a water hole is conducive to relaxation and easing of tension on comfortable, soft beds.
